Roy A. Hoffman is the owner of the Law Offices of Roy A. Hoffman, and was admitted to the California Bar in June 1995. Mr. Hoffman is currently admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, and formerly the Desert Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. 
 
Mr. Hoffman currently serves as a panel mediator for the Riverside County Superior Court, as a mediator for the Riverside County Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Service, and as an arbitrator for the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.’s AutoLine Program. Prior to December 2006, he frequently participated in the Orange County Bar Association’s Call-A-Lawyer program, and regularly participates as a volunteer scoring judge in the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s annual mock trial competitions, both at the regional and state levels.
 
Mr. Hoffman’s practice emphasizes general business litigation, as well as real estate, real estate litigation, judgment collection, construction law, government contracts law, estate planning and consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Hoffman has participated in and conducted trials in the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Riverside County Superior Courts, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California; successfully prosecuted an appeal in the California Courts of Appeal, and successfully defended an appeal to the California Supreme Court in a real estate matter.
