Roy A. Hoffman, owner of The Law Offices of Roy A. Hoffman, was admitted to the California Bar in 1995. Mr. Hoffman is currently admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Hoffman serves as Special Master for the California Bar in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureaus AutoLine program, and as an arbitrator for the Orange County Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee. He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the Desert Bar Association. He has participated in the Orange County Bar Association's "Call-a-Lawyer" program for a number of years, and has been a volunteer scoring attorney in the Constitutional Rights Foundation's California Mock Trial Competition, at both the regional and state levels, for the past five years.
Mr. Hoffman's practice emphasizes real property matters including actions for real estate investment fraud, quiet title, boundary disputes, and unlawful detainers as well as general business and tort litigation, judgment collection, personal injury litigation, and estate planning/probate. Mr. Hoffman has participated in trials in the Los Angeles and Orange County Superior and Municipal Courts, and has successfully prosecuted an unpublished appeal in the California Courts of Appeal relating to a real property matter.
